AOS case transfer and hence My priority

Hi Everybody,
I filed for aos in Fortsmith, Ar in April 1999. I succcessfuly transferred my
case to seattle in November 2000. According to INS seattle when exactly I
filed. April 1999 or Nov 2000. If Seattle INS treats me as a Nov 2000 filing
what happens to my APRIL 1999 filing. Have I waited in vain all these days?
