Re: AoS Approved!
Congrats,
We had our AOS interview in May 2003 but because my husband's permanent file hadn't arrived from Vermont they couldn't give us any change in status, although they lead us to believe that we would here from them within 90 days via mail we did not.
It turns out after another interview letter came in the mail, apparently the 2nd original (they have there wires crossed in that office) we now have an AOS interview for March, his fingerprints will still be valid because the officer said and signed off on the paper stating they are valid for 15 months. They have all our paper work that was requested at the interview so we are hoping they haven't lost his file yet.
Congrats again, wish this would almost drag out until our 2 yr ann. on Oct 8th.
