AOS approval after RFE timeline
I love the word Approved. We had our AOS interview in September. At that
time I had just jumped off into the world of the self employed. Therefore no
Employer letter. I got a co-sponsor but the interviewer told me he wanted
more info on my new business that hadn't even opened yet as it was still in
the construction stage. I did not know the value of my assets at the time
because the report of the appraisal for some real estate wasn't finished. I
had to wait for the appraisal about three weeks later and filed the RFE
November 4, 2003. We received the approval in the mail yesterday dated
December 20, 2003. It was a nice late Christmas present.
Now I can take my wife to see her mom. I can take her to Mexico. I can take
her to Italy. I can take her anywhere that we want to go as long as the
money holds out. Haha.
Happy New Year!
