AOS and 2 KIDS
Hi Everyone
It has been awhile since i posted but now i have a couple of
questions.
We entered as a K-1 with 2 k-2's. Married my Husband (US Citizen) and
now starting the AOS process.
1) Medical -- The form states that if we entered on a K-1 or K-2 and
had a medical within the last year all we need to submit is a
vaccination supplement. This is easy for the kids for we needed it in
order to register them in school. But how do i go about getting one?
Can i contact the Firm (MDS labs in toronto canada) and see if they
will issue me one?
2) The kids -- Do i fill out a seperate form for each of them or do i
include them and the full fee for all three us of on the same AOS
form? My daughter is 15 my son is 13.
thanks for you help!!
have a great weekend

Re: AOS and 2 KIDS
What we were told at our AOS interview is that the Vaccination
Supplement
should have been filed out at the time of the K-1/2 Medical exam.
In our case we were told at our AOS interview that they did not have
the supplement, therefore we had to go to an INS apporved doctor and
get the form filled out. Yes you need a seperate Supplement for each
person.

From the post I'm not sure if You have filed your AOS yet?
If you haven't Yes you do need to file a seperate I-485 for you and both
children (but at least the Fee for the 13 year old will only be $160 14 and
over is now $255)
You might want to check the INS website
www.ins.gov (forms/fees I-485)

Re: AOS and 2 KIDS
Good Morning
Thank you ...yes that was my question do i file one for me and one for
each of the kids, we will be filling within the next couple of days
and reading the forms sometimes gets a little confusing.
Actually though, I think I have almost everything I need to complete
the forms, identification, ect so I am hoping it all goes smoothly.
thank you for your assistance if i have any more question i will be
back!
