AOS in 10 days..Quick Question...

Hello...question regarding AOS.
The letters from our friends, do they have to be notorized?? All our friends are
super busy and I rather not put them thru going to a notary pulic with us and wait in
line etc etc.
Question#2. We pretty much tried to save all our bils from last year, do we have to
take bills for the last 12 months, or the most recent 3 bills would be good enough???
Is there a rule with the time period and bills??
Do we need copies of photograps or the already have copies???
