Default anyone petioning for I-130 at California Service Center?

HELLO!
i was wondering if there is anyone else petitioning for I-130 at the California Service Center? I got my 1st NOA last september2002 and it said it will take 815-825days....why so long? (my husband is in the philippines). My cousin applied for I-130 for his wife (who is in the philippines too) at the Nebraska Service Center just this month and recieved his 1st NOA saying it will take only 125-145days....why is the process time shorter in NSC? and why is the process time in CSC longer?

I should of lived in the chicago or anywhere thats in the list for the NSC....

im still waiting ....for both approvals I-130 and K3

Hi, yes I have some I-130's on file at the CSC for some clients.

Forget the processing times quoted on receipt notices. In the past, the CSC has issued news to AILA that those numbers are "not" correct, but have not been changed do to various limitations within the system.

Again, the numbers listed on your I-130 receipt notice, for an immediate relative, is not accurate. Instead, check the CSC'S report and numbers, that you can find on my page located at, http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm

Good luck with your case.
