Mikki I wasnt having a dig at you merely pointing out you are luckier than some of us who are all in the same boat. I understand the need to vent on here which is precisely what I was doing but will now keep my trap shut and continue to suffer in silence!!

well guys, i'm back from paris, france. at least i had 2 1/2 weeks of other
distractions. was in hopes that when i returned we'd have a beautiful welcome
home approval from nsc. HOW DO YOU SPELL FAT CHANCE? we're on day/night 226!
here is our pathetic timeline:

1st noa nsc - 9/13/02
2/12/03 - petition is with an officer
2/27/03 - why that pencil pushing, "i" dotting, "t" crossing, bean counting
officer requested my frenchie fiance's alien file from when he lived in boston
in 1981!!!!! whatajerk!
3/14/03 - boston alien file received
3/14-20/03 - alien file and 129f petition meet. takes 6 days for them to
reaquaint. well, you, know, it it would take you that long too if it had been
22 years.
3/21/03 - "A" file and petition back with an officer
3/21-28/03 - takes officer 7 days to realize he/she's missed a bean from 1981
and a dot from 2001.
3/28-4/14/03 - petition sent to a "unit supervisor for some guidance". good
grief, where is that f......g bean and that f.....g "t" ???
now here is the real reason there have been few approvals lately from nsc. for
over two weeks they've put all 129f petitions on hold to search for that
f.....g boston bean. gotta have it. it could mean something!
4/14/03 -petition is back with an officer. am told that maybe, just maybe, that
is if they're in a good mood that day or week or year we will have a response
in 2 weeks. well, actually 3-4 weeks. looks like the bean, the "t", and the
dotted "i" have been recovered......WWS(we will see).

all the above dates and events are true. only the names have been changed to
protect those bastards!! >
    >There seem to be small "spurts" out of NSC. There IS hope. Our 2nd NOA
    >took in excess of 180 days.
    >NSC Timeline
    >1st NOA Oct. 7, 2002
    >2nd NOA April 11, 2003
    >April 21, NVC not yet received file.
    >good luck!
