8 days ago,.. the NCS was processing k-3's/I-129's dated 12/8/03,..
Is there anyone out there that has an approval more recent,..?
any news at all,..?
my receipt date is 2/5/03,... Am I being impatient,..?(smile)

I got my NOA2 on february 23rd and my NOA1 for my I-129f(k-3) was December 17th. Hope that helps

Hello Wayne,
The receipt date for our petition is Nov. 5, 2003 K3. When the
date changed from MSC working on 11/5 to 12/8, the aide to my
congresswoman called MSC and they said they were still on 11/5
They told her that they hadn't looked at our file yet,,,and it has
been there 115 days. I hope your timeline goes faster than ours. There
seems to be no rhyme or reason as to how they process petitions. Some
get approved in a month, and some wait 4 months.
