Any AOS interviews in Denver recently?
Hi guys,
I was thinking whether those of you, whose documents have been forwarded from Denver office to NBC, could post your timelines for your AOS process.
I'm not sure I understand the process correctly: you file at your local USCIS office and the file is forwarded to the NBC....after NBC issues your EAD and AP, the file is sent back to your local office for AOS processing? Is that how it works?
