Just a quick question here. If someone had applied for a Fiance Visa but had split with their partner and cancelled the application, would that make it harder to reapply for a visa for any reason in the future? Thanks in advance

Ermmm.... It could make the consular officer concerned that the person intends to live in the United States. That could make it difficult to get another nonimmigrant visa. The concerns could be overcome though.
