Default another question on form I-539 change of status - Copy of Passport required???

Hi,

sorry to bother you with all my questions, but it is the first time for me filing with INS (without a lawyer).

In the instructions of this form, it dosn't say, that I have to submit a copy of my passport. but isn't that the most important document to verify me? Should I just submit a copy, wether they need it or not?

Another question: My passport ist still in my maiden name. Will this cause any Problems or is the marriage certificate sufficient along with the passport?

Thanks, Ivonne
