another k1 question...
Hi all I just had a question about filling out I-129f there is a question asking if the foreign fiance is in the US and if so until when..I am currently visiting my fiance on a visa waiver over xmas and wondered if its ok to file the petition while Im still over here??? I will definitely be going home as planned but wasnt sure if they were particular about it?

It is OK to file the petition while you are in the US visiting.
