Ive got my interview on Friday at the embassy in london.
Everythings ready to go but its confused me alittle.
My husband whos in the US has sent me some bank statements for the i-864.
The trouble being on one statement it shows the full amount of funds we sent over through moneycorp but on the other statement it shows the money gone from the house we bought.
Although we are still above the poverty guidelines im guessing he should now add on the i-864 the house as an asset?
Im just worried obviously i have all the documents to prove we own the house but if we dont add it to the i-864 will this be an issue?

No need to include the house as an asset then, which will avoid the issues of showing it can be liquidated within a year.

What financial resources are shown on the I-864 is up to the sponsor (or joint sponsor) who is providing the I-864. The only requirement is that the total of the resources that are shown be documented and be sufficient to meet the financial target.
When I did my I-864 my income was more than adequate, so I did not show any of my assets on the I-864. It save a lot of work not having to gather documentation.
