I post on a weddings forum website and I posted about our approval last week. One of the girls there sent me a private message saying that her fiance is illegal and that they are getting married in Feb. She wanted to know what to do to make him legal? As I only researched the K-1 process...can any give me some idea of where to tell her to start?

I have seen this question asked here many times.

The one important thing that you would need to know is how did he enter the USA, did he enter illegally or did he just overstay?

There are various scenarios I am sure the experts can chime in here.
