Default After marriage K1 timeline

Thas group has been a big help so I 'd like to pass on some information.

I 485, I 131, I765 sent in on 4-16.
Recieved noitce case transfered to CA
Recieved the AP on 6-17
Recieved the EAD (from Lees Summit) & Green Card ( from CA.) on 7-5

So the EAD and AP was pretty much useless.

Wow, very fast. Congratulations. Think of the EAD and AP as insurance, just in case your security checks had not been completed by the time of your interview, you would not have gotten approved, and still would have needed EAD and AP.

Best Wishes,
Rene

You got approved for a conditional green card without an AOS interview? That's unusual!

Not so much anymore.. many cases are transferred to the CSC (and now MSC) and approved without interview (according to reports at visajourney).

The interesting part that is just starting to come ripe.. will those couple automatically be pulled for an I-751 interview? Lists are starting to be kept..
