Hello everyone ,

I would like to seek help for Affidavit of Support Form I-1864 .

1) Currently , which will be the latest year of Income tax return
2001 or 2002.
The deal is for year 2001 , gross income is 21K USD which is
less than 125% poverty line and same for year 2002 is 27K which just
cross the line.


Can i go ahead and put as 2002. As i had alredy filed for 2002.

2) If i had to file for latest year as 2001.
I do have a income in terms of assets as property and Life Insurance.

So when i refer to Page 7 of I-864 , Am i suppose to write as follows

Indicate Most Recent Income Year - 2001
Sponsor's Individual Income = 21,000
Assets as in Property (In Blank lines ) = 10,000 ( after dividing by 5
)
Assets as in Life Insurance ( In Blank line) = 15,000 ( after
divinding by 5).

Total Household Income = 46,000

This above income is good enough to sponsor my spouse.

Please do let me know if am going wrong , also looking forward for
your valuable help .

I really cant mess up with this and extend my interview call.
