Affidvait of Support Q.
I have my AOS interview end of this month in NYC.
My wife is currently not working but I am making over 100K
When we filed my application for AOS in 2002, she was working and now
since may 04 she is not working
My question is can I file I-864A (In other words can my salary also be
counted towards the affidavit of support income?
Thanks for your time,
