Hi,

Please need some advice.

I am filing an AOS but my wife (my sponsor) does not meet the poverty line
based on her last tax filing year. However, she recently got a raise and
with her new income, she is able to meet the poverty line requirement. She
has an employment letter that states her new yearly income.

My question is:

a.. Do I need to provide additional affidivit support, ie asset, joint
sponsor?
