Default Affididavit for I 751

I was looking for Matts phone number to ask him about the requirement of
the 2 affidavits required for the removal of conditional status. What
exactly are they looking for ? A hand written or letter stating name address
etc, as well as the knowledge that me and my wife have been in no way trying
to decieve the INS by our marridge.. I would appreciate a response as I
would like to get the paper work sent out on the weekend ( March 1st...)
Thank you ahead of time...

Hey Tim Its that time already is it? Well you will find a copy of Ranjini's at her site and there is one on the FAQ site as well.

http://www.txdirect.net/users/mike38/k1faq.htm

It is a very specific letter and must include exactly what is required in the form of identification of the author, i.e. birth place, birth date, name, address, phone numbers, etc. Also they should be explicit on how they know you to be in a valid marital relationship.

Hey what are you worried about. You have the kids to prove that ;-))

Good to see you again.

Hey Rete-

The kids are great proof! I have a friend here who is married to a UK gal. They had their AOS interview when she was 7 months pregnant, but the INS officer still asked about some pretty personal aspects of their marriage. INS, the only thing consistent is inconsistency.

You mean short of asking them to have a DNA test done on the unborn foetus ? I think Rete, has a story running on the same lines. Right Rete ?

Ranjini-

The actual question was "When was the last time you were intimate with your wife?" and his response was "you tell me, and pointed to his wife"

I could not believe it when he was telling me that.

You mean the story about the poor man who was told by the examiner in Baltimore that he would approve their case until they had a DNA test on the baby and it proved that he was the father? Geesh. You had to pick me up from the floor after reading that one. And he was a long time poster to the NG, too. So there was no doubting his story.

At least the DNA proved his paternity and all was well. But man, I would have hired an attorney and sued INS and the examiner for that one.

I understood the request for a DNA test from the USC male whose Philipphine fiancee was pregnant but the Baltimore one was too much even for INS.

Isn't that just crazy... One never knows what to expect at an INS interview.... But thankfully, it's mostly the exception rather than the rule.

Yes, thank goodnes. Of course, he was telling me this as Stantton and I were filing for his AOS, just that put the fear of God in me.

Our AOS interveiw was a breeze though. The officer was very nice, and acutally laughed with us, so yes, that very much is the exception. Just no telling what side of the bed the officer got up on that morning.
