Affidavits for I-751?
Sounds kind of sad but we honestly haven't met any friends since we moved to the states nearly 2 years ago. My wife's SIL visited once from another state and stayed with us but that is it.
We have moved three times since arriving (new town/city each time) and since we work from home we have no face to fack work contacts. We have a toddler with special needs also which makes being social hard (she has major sleep issues so fatigue levels are very high).
Anyway, how important are these affidavits? Will one from the SIL from out of state be enough?
Thanks

Hi and welcome to BE! I did my I-751 recently, asked for advice on here and was told you don't need affidavits if you have other strong evidence. I will link to the other threads when I can find them in a minute.

Letter from SIL won't hurt, but is low priority, and not REQUIRED

Sworn affidavits are not required. They are the weakest form of evidence, anyway. Use your other paper evidence of your joint life together, and don't worry about getting affidavits.
