Can she use the same affidavit of support that I submitted with the K-1 petition? Or
should I have sent her a new updated one? Please help!! Thank you.......

Didn't I reply yesterday to this? Did you ask this yesterday? I am replying to
you email address directly now, because it sounds like you didn't see the reply
in the newsgroup

When you file K-1, you use a different form for support, I-134 AOS requies I-864

for her K-1 interview she is supposed to have an *original* I-134. You should have sent a copy with the k-1 petition.
If you are lucky it got sent to the UK along with all the other paperwork.
If you have time, make out another notarized one and get it over to her,pronto- along with a couple of current pay stubs, employer letter, and copy of recent taxes

Thanks for the info. She has all of that stuff except for a newer I-134. I will do
that tomorrow......thanks again.
