My fiance sent me affidavits of support filled out by her and her parents. However,
the affidavit of support is just filled out by her mother. Do I need to send it back
and have it signed by her father as well? Any help would be great.

Wait, are you saying that it was filled out by BOTH mother and father but just
signed by the Mother? Then, YES, it will have to be signed by the father. Don't
bother sending it back, they would have to sign a whole new one in front of the
notary again.

My last answer stands if it was only filled out by the Mother.
