Post Affidavit of Support?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone knows what Affidavit of Support the US Embassy in London requires for the K-3 Interview Affidavit of Support I-134 or I-864?

Thanks

g,

I-134. I-864 is not to be used for the K visas, according to the Foreign Affairs Manual.

Actually, I've seen a few K-visa applicants go through the consulate in London without requiring an affidavit of support. They had enough money of their own that they didn't require a sponsor.

The I-134 is optional (not required) for K visas at the London Embassy. See here for more info on the three options available to you for this part of the process: http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new...affidavit.html

The I-864 is for AOS and is not optional. You must submit an I-864 when you apply for AOS.

cheers

Or, to the NVC, if the OP opts to apply for an Immigrant Visa instead of AOS.
