Advice reqd. for I-130
Hi,
In section 18, a question asks "Address in the United States where your relative intends to live". I am the alien relative seeking AOS, however, I have been living with my wife at the same address for the past 4 years. Do I still enter my current address in section 18?
Also, Section 19 asks for "Your relative's address abroad". Since I haven't lived in London for 4 years, do I still enter the old address (my mum's!)?
Lastly, Section 22 asks "If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in (city) (country)." - What do I enter here? Currently I have entered (none) (none). Is that ok?
Thanks!
Chris

Hi:
BTW, as a general rule, try to understand WHY a question is aked -- it helps in answering.
#18 -- yes.
#19 -- I put "beneficiary is in the United States."
#20 -- where is "none, none"?? Never heard of it. If you are last from the UK as a UK national, then "London, UK" is it.
