advance parole question please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can i apply for advance parole if i did not apply for it at the time
i filed for the green card based on a marriage to a us citizen.
I have already gone for the interview but did not receive the stamp.
was asked to provide 2002 tax returns which i did the next day yet i
have not been notified of the approval, it's almost 2months now. i
really need to go home to take care of a sick relative since i am the
only onein the family every one looks up to .Do any body know if i can
apply for advance parole sothat i can leave for my country and come
back?
