Adv Parole and different last name in pasport and on EAD
I got Adv Parole on my marriage name, but my home passport lists my lastname before marriage. Can I use it on my way back to the USA (San Francisco)or I have to reapply on my lastname before marriage.
I have my driver l and EAD listed my marriage name.

Hi there,
just travelled with a passport that has my maiden name, but have my conditional
permanent resident card in my married name. It was no problem at the INS at all
(they never even asked about the name-difference). Just make sure your ticket
matches your passport name (otherwise the airlines might give you trouble) and
I would bring my marriage licence just in case. Good luck,
Britt
