Adopt my wifes foreign niece????
My wife is Thai and we have gone through the full fianc� visa journey and
she now has her permanent green card. (Yea!!!... &thanks to all out here
for all the info!)
Now, we would like to adopt my wife's niece from Thailand. Her niece is 4
yrs old & her parents are willing to let us adopt her.
Does anybody know what it would take to do this?
Where do we start looking for info on this process?
