I am worried about my brother coming to the us with a k4 visa 4-5
months before his 21st birthday, how long does it take for him to get
an approved AOS to permanent resident? my father already filed i130
petition before he would even arrive here in the US. It was said on the
uscis that k4 expires when the child turns 21 what if he turns 21 in
the US yet the AOS to permanent resident is not yet approve?
