2nd NOA expiration date?
We had our I-129f approved at VSC on Jan. 21, 2003. But my fiancee in
Moscow still has not received any package. I just noticed the 2nd NOA
has an expiration date May 20, 2003. Does anyone know what it means?
Does it mean the interview must be scheduled before this date?
