Default Re: 13 Months Start to finish! Fiance Timeline

Please give me some info. I have the laziest attorney in the world, here in
Chicago He advised me to go for the I-129F. We first filled out the I-130 in
July of 2002, in November I called them back because I hadn't heard anything
from them., his secretary tells me they never got anything back from LIN
PROCESSING CENTER. I know it doen't have to be approved, you just have to show
proof that it was mailed and give your Lin#, so the atty's office did that and
we filed the I129F on Nov.13, I received the LOA on Nov 19th and the paper
stated it takes form 90-180days to be approved/ The immigration atty, I hired
claimed thaey never received any letter back for LIN stated that they had
received the form. LIN said it was ok to send the copy of the check from the
atty's escrow's account with my LIN# I-129F and right now today when I called
immigration to get any info they are saying it's taken up to 90 days for this
even when I check status online. I have gone into depression wanted to be with
my husband. Can you please give me any advise?

Happy For You,
Sheila
