1-134 Oath question

Default 1-134 Oath question

Hi. At the end of the I-134, it asks for the signature of the officer who took your
oath. Anybody know what type of officer is needed for this? Can the notary serve as
the officer?

Yes. He/she should sign it and place a seal. Ranjini

I just left the signiture of the officer line blank and my notory signed and stamped
my document at the bottom of the page....that worked for us.......

Are you sure you do not mean club a seal?
