Zoom discount code
#1
Hi
Does anybody know if the Zoom discount code can be used in 2008 ( Jan i think ) ? I know it is MM2007 ????? but as we want it for 2008 do we have to wait for a new one to be issued or has anybody book flights for next year with this code - From Cardiff/Bristol/Gatwick to Calgary.
Cheers

Yes it can be.
I just booked some flights going back to the UK for February and Air Canada worked out cheaper on the dates I wanted, than Zoom with a 20% discount !!!!

Hi,
we have be searching for a couple of weeks now, for flight to Calgary at Easter. We have booked with Monarch 22nd to 5th april, they were £400 cheaper
We did a search with Dial a Flight on the web and they search for us, worked out well.
Just thought you might wanted to know?
Thanks,
Carl

I don't know if it's my bad luck - but whenever I look at flights and think "mmm, they might go down, or I can get them cheaper " - they never do !!! Whenever I book a few days or weeks later, the price is always more. Should just learn to bite the bullet, I reckon

To book via AirCanada.ca, I believe it states you must be a resident in Canada (they ask for your address, etc) - so booking from UK to Canada might not work ? Not sure, but that's how I recall it from a few days ago.

Maybe that's what I meant ... but was just referring to actually booking from the Canada end to go to the Uk, I'm sure the site wanted Canadian residence details ... I think ... it was only two days ago and my brain is empty already!

I have flown twice this year with thomas cook booked via canadian affair way cheeper than any other - i think they are using monarch throughout the winter though still cheeper
I am planning to go out end of feb and they are 726 for 2 compared with almost £1000 with BA or air canada
Leg room is not great but it starts to get eexpensiveif you have a family to upgrade as some are nearly £100 each way
cheers

Hello again,
we booked to go to winnipeg (connecting in toronto) in Feb through Expedia but on an Air Canada flight. It was only £430 each for the whole journey and it worked out cheaper than booking through the air canada web site.

It's funny how that works - I put my dates into Expedia, and a couple of other websites, but going direct through the Air Canada website came out cheaper for me
I'm sure we're all being "done" all the time ....

Has anyone else out there had problems validating the code on thier computer? We put the code in and click 'Validate' and absolutely nothing happens. Does it work on a sedperate piece of software or is it an Anti-Bob device designed to make me want to launch my computer.:curse:
I have tried it out on several computers at work and at home and same each time.
Many thanks yall
