You can get pre made frozen ones in the Superstore here in Lethbridge.
Supprised you cant in Calgary. They are next to the frozen breakfast waffle's and stuff here.
Dont know if there any good tho.

I shall have to look a little closer next time I'm in Stupidstore. ;)

Don't have roast beef very often any more due to dietary restrictions but it's good to know for others. :)
