It’s snowing and freezing-raining here this morning.

Shut the windows and turned the heating on last night. Can’t complain, despite a crappy summer weather-wise, we’ve had a good run this year.

Was just checking the cams and the only place on Hwy 3 without snow is Christina Lake :-(. the Kootenay Skyway has been bad for days.

You do know that global warming is not all cities going up the same rate right?

No snow like they had in the forecast and it wasn't as cold as they had in the forecast.

Does it help at all to write that it's a bit baking hot here today.

Can't hurt; it could hit -20 tonight so it all averages out.

17C here in Lake Elsinore, CA @ 8.00 pm. Here for some hot air ballooning. I wasn't able to get into the west side of Yosemite NP yesterday because of snow closing the passes at 9,000 ft ! Bummer.

We just had snow! It's been rather odd...warm, mild and dare I say pleasant never a word I'd use to describe the climate here.

But today we've got gusting tempestuous winds that have knocked the power out and driving snow...it won't settle though...too warm
Best of luck all...with a bit of luck it might all be done and dusted by April!

Yesterday was nice. Today similar, albeit wet. Big drop in temps expected tonight though. Supposedly going from this afternoon's 8/feels like 5 to -8/-15. May get a few flurries on Monday.

As winter goes on, more and more inanimate objects will be given voices.
