Well........I'm back!
I was over dressed in my suit (when I asked what I'd be expected to wear she said not as dressy as you have on:eek:). The interview went well - usual questions, why did you leave the UK? what do you like about here? Nothing much about previous work experience apart from do you have any customer service skills. I got a, Well it's going to be lovely working with you, I shall just check your references out and give you a call on Thursday, so I guess it's a :thumbsup: I gave her a copy of the reference my lask Uk employer did for me - it made her cry:unsure: The wages seem to be fair considering it's shop work and there seems to be a lot of incentives, so if I get a positive phone call on Thursday, I'll be starting work at the end of November!:thumbsup: best of luck:) Terese |
