Years ago I had an Israeli backpacker working with me and he came in one morning genuinely convinced the world was to end on that day.
It was prophesied in one of their scriptures.He was going off his nut.
I said "well if that's the case wouldn't you be better off spending your last day on the beach or something?", his reply."No I have to work,I need the cash".

Mr MMC told me last night he was going back up north tonight for 3 more days hunting and then got the call to go back into work on Friday for 4 days :frown: :frown: :frown:

He thought the end of his world was yesterday, so anything Friday brings is gonna be unicorns and rainbows by comparison.

I almost feel sorry for him, as for me I have delayed the Christmas shopping just in case, not to save the money mind you, but to save me, I hate shopping so one trip less in this life time is a bonus to me!
