Who would you say was the coolest all time actor ?
Sean Connery for his role as 007 in the Bond movies or Clint Eastwood for his roles as the man with no name in the famous spagetti westerns.
I think Clint Eastwood just pips it.
My wife thinks Sean Connery wins.

I think the man is a genius. Understated & not frightened of letting a story unfold. I love his use of silence. The casual brutality is great too mind... He is also very cool.. I love Hana Bi & Sonatine is amazing but Violent Cop is a masterpiece..

Have you seen Gonin? That film got me into japanese gangster movies - his zen approach to violence really is cool and it really shines in that movie. I might have to watch it again now.
