A whine about wine

I see in today's paper there's a deal at the NB Liquor Store.
Two bottles of Black Cellar for $20, regular price $12.99.
Not bad I thought, $20 instead of $26. But then I thought red and white both normally the same price. Seemed fishy.
So I looked up the NB price list and I see the red is $12.99 and the white $11.99. So less of a 'deal' if you're buying white.
But I see that in Ontario they're flogging it for $9.95/$10.95. That's not the first time I see the same stuff in NB more expensive than Ontario.
Still, on the bright side I discovered it was Canadian before I forked out for it.
