Where were you from/are you from in Britain?
Quite an amusing test, and article about where is the best place for your personality to live in Britain.

I, apparently, would do well in the Ribble Valley....I've never been there.
Do any of you mob fit the place you came from or are living?
- Apologies for the extra 'from' in my title

I got South Norfolk.
I feel I have lived, visited, have friends in most parts of UK (except Scotland) but I can't think of any connection to South Norfolk. I am thinking PD James might have based some of her books there - could be wrong. Looks like I missed my place in life. C'est la vie.

Told me West Dorset... Lovely!
Though anywhere is better than Essex, I guess.

Apparently I should live in or near Spalding, Lincs. I have some distant relatives there, I think I visited them once. I have vague recollections that it's a nice enough place, but I can't imagine that I would significantly increase my "happiness quotient" by living there.

It gave me the Ribble Valley too, although it was only 2% "more suitable" for me than the place I was living before I crossed the Atlantic.

I got Hinckley & Bosworth.
Which is interesting, because my brother has lived there for for knocking on 30 years. Maybe he was onto something.

Some God-forsaken place in the outskirts of Nottingham. I am obviously more screwed up than I realized.
