What's on your Christmas list?
#1
Given that its been rather fractous on here lately I thought a naff thread about your wish list from Father Christmas was order.
It's a bit difficult when you get older because you buy stuff as you need it and the stuff you have bought just seems to keep piling up. I'm hoping to get a posh new Musto sailing jacket but it'll probably just be something crap.

We're heading back to England to see the family.
I was hoping to surprise my Grandad with a visit but unfortunately he died yesterday.
Christmas might be tinged with a few red eyes - but it's still going to be wonderful to see everyone.

Same here. What I wanted I bought throughout the year. Was going to go for an iPad just because I couldn't think of anything else but the new one should hit in the Spring so will hold off on that.
Not a clue.

I already have a very nice Musto sailing jacket, although the last time it got worn in anger, so to speak, was when snowmobiling not sailing. My wish is for a modest new 32" TV for the family room. And world peace of course.

You haven't seen some of the crap stuff I get. I wanted a reconditioned Lambretta SX200, you can get them from a place in San Francisco, you know. I got a stripy iPhone cover instead. I don't even have an iPhone. Now that's **** depressing.

The beans will be OK but I would check on the sausages. We wouldnt want one of those CFIA dogs (beagles) sniffing them out and then your mother being subjected to interrogation.
Personally tell your mum who I assume is coming to visit from the UK to leave the sausages at home then there will be no potential problems with the jack booted border dudes.
Seriously sausages are a big no no. CFIA legislation not CBSAs though we act on their behalf.
