What would you like at the end of your road?
OK ... so you've moved from the UK to Canada... what do you wish you could have at the end of your road?!?
- School
- Shop (selling Baked Beans, Galaxy, etc)
- Pub
- Stringfellows

All of the above apart from a school and family. They can be across town :P and stringfellows, to that I am indifferent. Would also like a really good indian restaurant a bit closer. Didn't think I'd miss indian food too much but now I'm here I kind of do.

Good Indian restaurant, good Chinese restaurant. Any kind of restaurant apart from "Family" type where all you get is fried stuff and bread.

the last place we tried they gave us Dempsters Pita breads instead of homemade naan bread!

although i do have a 12 year old so would be convenient - too noisy for me would rather a nice safe bus ride distance away!
- Shop (selling Baked Beans, Galaxy, etc)
would be handy but since ive not lived in uk for the last year have got used to and adapted quite easily to not having/missing uk foods - though galaxy choc would be a bit of a swayer to the yes vote on this one!
- Pub
depends how long to the end of the road, wouldnt want a too noisy one but would be nice to not have to bounce off too many cars etc on the stagger home!

depends which family, some members of my family i wouldnt choose to live in the same country let alone the same street! but i could handle some very easily, my parents / brother and oh family - well not his sister as she is a wanabee chav at 45 years old so sod that for a game of soldiers!

A double row of 12 foot steel fencing with Razor wire, patrolled by ferocious zombie poodles and overseen by guard towers and machine guns to keep the riff raff and chavs out...

OH would like the Silver Jubilee kebab shop from Potters Bar at an accessible distance, me I would like a worm hole so I can visit my Mum and Sister when I feel like, couple of times a year or when Mum is in hospital.
