Totally agree with you there, when we all joined we was all soontobe, maybe a handful joined after being here sometime (i can think of a few of them)
Some are still going through the process and some have had some mega drama in there lifes lately..........
Some of the regular and higher posts members need to remember that not everyone take what is typed easy........

Butch is a hard one at times, but i also know that he is a pussycat, fluffy and cute, but a nasty scratch when he is, lets say "NOT in the mood"
You are right most of us talk off forum on farcebook, thats because we get fed up with rules on here sometimes and need somewhere to vent, nothing against newbies, just logic ;)

I have met many a expat and try and help where i can, i also know how stressful the move is and how those first 6mths can be, some have also had there fingers burnt with expats as well, everyones story is different ;)

I see where you're coming from, I just think you need to step back and think was the forum setup to help people emigrate? Or was it setup to allow already expats to share their experiences with already expats? Many of the more 'established' posters were indeed expats before they joined (Novo, dbd, souvy, TG, Aviator, Steve_P, myself (ok I was an ex-ex-pat when I joined), Iaink)

Texas long horns, I particularly like those very 'noble' looking beasts I think. Mind you I do have a soft spot for Red Angus and you can get a good steak from them. Herefords arent to bad, but Freisans? Really only good for breeding dairy cattle in my book.
