What do you like most?
Or... what are you looking forward to most about your move to Canada?
For me, there are a few things.
1. The wildlife.
2. Space. Room to breathe.
3. Hockey, a national sport I can get behind! (Can't stand football)
4. The cold and snow.
5. Being able to afford a muscle car (if I actually decide to get one).

Re: What do you like most?
We have a few reasons aswell, here are our main ones -
- The thought of being mortgage free & living in a house we've designed ourselves on 4 acres (could never do that here)
- The mountains, lakes, space & wildlife
- The trucks (hubbys of course)
- The way of life ie. having leisure time at weekends
- Also we are lucky as we'll be living near my Cousin & friends so knowing they are there is great, (hubby, cousin & friends go dirt biking up in the mountains, again can't do that here!)

2. Try breathing in a house the size of a matchbox containing 4 flats
3. Its not? What is then? I understood it was the most popular. To me, that's national sport. At least its not football. (Soccer)
4. No arguments here.
5. I won't do more than 30 most of the time, its the V8 rumble and the look that I like. If I wanted to go fast, I would buy a Yamaha Vmax.

5. Not feeling threatend when we go anywhere.
6. The freedom kids have.

Feeling at home.
Friends.
The vegetarian combo at Aida's on 4th.
Being able to hear better.
X-country skiing in the Kananaskis.
Chubby black squirrels.
Cheap blueberries.
I'm not 'American'
Salsa! Well, just more and better 'ethnic' food, generally.
TexMex Cheez Whiz

Re: What do you like most?
1) To kill or be killed by? To shoot...with a camera.
2) Try breathing in the GTA in Summer. But the mountain air is something to behold. It just gets a bit thin the higher you go.
3) Hockey isn't Canada's national sport. True but it is Canada's favourite sport.
4) You are mentally disturbed. Agreed.
5) Speed limit is 63 mph. 68 in Alberta and parts of B.C.

Re: What do you like most?
My favourites:
Space (well even in PEI there's still plenty of it...)
2 acres with trees to build our house on
No mortgage
Proximity to US for shopping
Having our own business
Tim Horton's steeped tea
Ice skating
Blue skies
The empty beaches
There are more but I have work to do !!
