We've Passed
Mr Y-c-d and I are now the proud owners of a Nova Scotia driving license. Both had our tests this afternoon and passed.
Test was really easy - no reverse park on street, no reverse around a corner, no hill start, no roundabouts................ basically just drive, turn left, turn right and finally reverse park into slot in parking lot. Only took around 10-15 minutes.
Mr Y-c-d is particularly pleased with himself as the last three digits on his license, following his date of birth is 007 - at last he is now offically licensed to thrill

We just love our new plate. Our friend has the same plate in Ontario so we just copied him. $85 well spent in my opinion .
Since we arrived in January 07 gas has gone up from 86c per litre to 111c per litre

Well done Y-C-D, I was wondering how you got on.
This is one of the things I'm most worried about, OH says that when we go out in August then I have to drive as much as him!
