We've Got A Buyer For Our Hoose!!
Yes that right. After being on the market for six weeks a young couple came back tonight for a second look and to talk serious
We have agreed on 5k under our original asking price but rather than lose the sale we decided to go for it.
They are getting married in a few years and are looking for a house which the can rent out until that time comes along. So if we aren't ready to go by the time everything is completed we can stay on.
It couldnt have worked out any better. Thanks to all on BE for the encouragement and karma for house selling and the dancers - great combination as it worked.
Would send the dancers across the Irish Sea to the mainland but it gives atrocious weather so better not.
It's strange feeling excited and scaried all at the one time. This was our first real home and although we only lived here 3 1/2 years it has a lot of happy memories.
