, because they then subcontract to non-FIDI agents, despite us paying for FIDI unpackers................There are not any FIDI members in Halifax. Did Brytor actually handle your goods or was it a company in Halifax? perhaps something you should clarify before taking their name in vain. My guess is that Brytor did not actually handle the goods at all. Who ever you shipped with would have faced the same problem.
