Shame it doesn't reflect on the typical landing process at Heathrow. We recently returned from our Canadian recce, landed at 7.15am on a Friday morning and it was mayhem. Couldn't get into the passport control hall due to overcrowding - everyone was pushing/shoving and it was basically everyman for himself. No sense of any orderly queue - chaos ruled. Took us well over an hour to reach the desk, to be greeted by a miserable (non-english) immigration officer who demanded we take out passports out of their holders before sending us on our way. Seriously it was like landing in a third-world country. Can't wait to buy our one-way tickets out of here.

You'll have fun at Pearson Airport then.

Would have been a great ad for BA, but it was a bit of a damp squib (tissues please) for t-mobile. I guess BA weren't buying.

Haha, I'm expecting to receive that kind of welcome home when I arrive in Manchester in 5 weeks' time!!! Cool ad!

Spotted Tom Richards in there too as one of the arriving passengers, wasn't expecting that!
