Re: Weight projections.
I put loss - like JG. if I am stressed I eat less (that proverbial lump in the throat feeling) - and I'm feeling super stressed at the moment; coincindentally also like JG I'm a short arse - though JG is taller than me (by and inch and a bit). I had lost a lot of weight but put 10lb back on, so I'll be happy for that to go away again so I can get back down to the low 1'teens.

Re: Weight projections.
I have a sort of permanent lump in my throat. I don’t feel like eating...Like lots of us I feel...I am, apparently, in an essential job, and I am due to be in the office for all of this...somebody has to be. I think I’m going to hang fire on my weight as tonight we have a snow storm...if the snow and cold would stop, I would walk the dog and we would be a much more happy family unit, as I wouldn’t be stuck on my own and then unable to walk the dog when I come home.

I feel like I might be rationing my food more thoughtfully, and finally engaging in proper portion control to make meals last or create leftovers (rather than our usual “well, we might as well finish up that last bit” habits).
i am thinking that working from home now will actually allow better sleep, more dog walks, two hours back to myself and an ability to cook meals more ‘cos I’m not stumbling through the door at 6pm so knackered.
Just imagine, this lockdown may achieve more in a month than my Weight Watchers subscription has achieved in a year!

Re: Weight projections.
Considering my wife bought 90% of the food she likes and very little else, I suspect I will lose weight for sure. I am not the point where I am willing to eat mushroom soup or green beans...lol

Just been for a 3 mile run round the fields here with my wife and daughter. Never saw another soul except for the farmer piling up cow manure ready for spreading. I hope that a good few lungfuls of pure ammonia will kill anything that's lurking down in there.

Down 3.5lbs in 2 weeks.
I'm doing alternate days of running and yoga. I do neither of them very well, but just having a go seems to be working.

Re: Weight projections.
I have gained 10 pounds so far. I have never actually been this heavy before. I didn't even think I was eating that much since we are eating 100% at home, but cheap foods do tend to be high carb.

I always thought a 'short arse' was just another way of saying short person. And as somebody that is a self confessed short arse (bet you & Sioux are taller than me), I've no issue with that.
I've no idea if I've lost weight as predicted as I never weigh myself so don't know what I was before. But I've much more time to dog walk/yoga/exercise than before (I'm joining in the kids PE classes too!). And I'm more active as I can't do much work at the mo and have time to do all those things I never have time to do, so am clearing out cupboards, spring cleaning, finally getting to the bottom of my ironing pile etc. Much less sitting on my short arse time! Certainly feel much better for it anyway.

Ive stayed about the same. I’ve done some weights and I’ll try to do something today. I might even finally give in and go for a jog!
Work is hardcore right now so I have very little energy when I get home and on my days off.

Re: Weight projections.
Gained more weight, its all in my belly, test of my body seems incapable of storing fat...ha ha
I run around the apartment and play with the dog, but doesn't seem to be enough or maybe I just eating more out of boredom, or a mix.
Dog wants to eat more too.
