Ah Ready Brek now that isn't easy to get here unless you have a local Brit shop and then they charge almost $13 for a box
Chocolate Ready Brek doesn't need as much sugar.

Weetabix is definitely not the same, I bought some here in NS on my arrival and the box is still in the cupboard, but luckily at Pete's you can get good old proper Weetabix from the UK...

I don't notice any difference at all.

The only difference is is the Riboflavin and the Folic acid, not sure they add that much to the taste???

I also don't understand why people say that it's different here. The recipe is so slightly different that you won't even notice it in the taste (source - my husband used to work for weetabix ). People taste what they want to believe.

I just went and got two 24 boxes of uk weetabix, so I will try it out tomorrow...

Well I can't taste the difference, I suppose if it's wildly different to the UK stuff then my nephew won't eat them - we'll find out in 42 sleeps

You don't think it's the MILK that tastes different - because it does in different regions.

It could be the milk, but then I had the UK weetabix and cornflakes and they do taste normal, maybe I got a bad box...

I just read the ingredients on the Canadian box and I think it could be the Organic dehydrated cane syrup that makes them taste terrible...

but then I just checked the weetabix website and that isn't mentioned, I will have to see if they changed the ingredients when I go to sobeys as admittedly it was an old box as I couldn't eat them...
