Oh, the pizza maker has just dropped his pizza and is now attempting to put it back in the oven. And now there's a fly on the tub of guacamole. The excitement never ceases in Canada.

My missus is away for the weekend, probably drywalling my stepson's kitchen ceiling (if they've been able to find a lifter). It's raining here, so I'm not going to attack the prolific and viral mountain ash out back. I think I'll just slob, work a bit and, later, drink beer.

I should probably attempt to finish the carpentry project I started last weekend, and buggered up. Not sure I can be bothered, though.

I have nothing to do! Husband has gone for work for a few weeks, Air Cadets has ostensibly finished, so no taxi service etc. Today is mine all mine

Up for the rugger from Oz at 7.00 this morning

Then a football match, followed by another football match, followed by another football match with two more football matches tonight.

Not necessarily going to watch both.

Worked a very slow and muggy shift, then managed a speedy grocery store run.

Tomorrow I'm volunteer-booked to mow someone else's lawn, unless I can find another sucker to replace me.
